We offer FREE SHIPPING in the United States!

1. Order Processing Time
It usually takes 1-2 business day to process your order.

2. Standard Shipping Time
Inofia products usually arrive within 2–5 business days from the day you place your order. *Products may arrive on different days based on your location.

Unexpected Delays.: Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, COVID-19 and so on, you may experience delivery delays. But Inofia will make all efforts to get your package to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us if you need any help.

3. Production
All mattresses are made to order and shipped from our US warehouse.

4. Shipping Method
We ship with UPS, USPS so you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the next business day. *Please allow 2–4 business days for an accurate delivery date.

Note: All items only ship to the mainland of the US, not including Alaska and Hawaii.

5. Track Your Order
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
