Shipping policy

We offer free standard delivery service for most parts of the United States (Delivery excludes: Alaska and Hawai ). We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports. 

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. 

We have local warehouses in multiple states for the fastest door-to-door delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. We make all efforts to get your product ready ASAP.

2. Standard Shipping Time

Your mattresses usually take 2–5 business days to deliver, depending on the distance from our USA warehouse to the destination.

Unexpected Delays.: Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, peak season and so on, you may experience delivery delays. But Inofia will try our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us if you need any help.

3. Production

All mattresses are made to order and shipped from our US warehouse.

4. Shipping Method

We ship with UPS and USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your package is shipped out. 

5. Track Your Order

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. You can also track your order here.
